Digital credits are delivered immediately after payment confirmation. If unused, they may be refunded within 7 calendar days, upon written request.
Once credits have been used, they are non-refundable, except in cases of proven technical errors or failed service delivery.
All downloadable products (eBooks, digital files) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, unless they are defective or inaccessible.
Custom services (e.g., programming, editing, or digital promotion) are considered final after delivery. If the final result does not meet agreed requirements, one revision is offered. Refunds apply only in cases where delivery fails or requirements remain unresolved.
